Expect and enjoy 6 rather quaint, very cosy and spacious, totally rustic, atmospheric and unmistakeably Scottish highland inn style bedrooms – with two on the ground floor. Not one room is remotely similar to the other. We may – and mean to - in time give them all their own identity, each with a local name to make it easy for us to remember them too! (if they were all the same or similar it wouldn’t matter – thank goodness for variety, character and charm - and not standardized city hotel accommodation)

Delightful Gilchrist and Soames complimentary toiletries, feature bathrooms (one which actually has a full ornamental fireplace!), superb antique furniture, fluffy towels – and no phones!!!

6 delightful large and spacious rooms, all ‘with views’ - which can be either twin, double or family rooms following the advent of zip and link beds – allowing a large queen or two cosy singles – as needs require. This gives us the flexibility to accommodate small groups, families and parties of all shapes and sizes.

All rooms are en-suite with hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities
