Starters

  • Soup of the day served with fresh bread and butter                                                           
  •  Warm confit of cherry tomato, orange braised fennel and parsley salad                        
  • Wood pigeon and black pudding with apple salad and a blue cheese dressing

  • Pan fried venison with spiced red cabbage, smoked fondant potato and a juniper berry jus     
  • Deep fried haddock in batter with hand cut chips                                                                                  
  • Corn-fed chicken breast with boulangere  potatoes and a parsley jus                                            
  • Hot pot of seasonal vegetables topped with French goats cheese, served with ciabatta            
  • Crispy skin sea bass with a fennel seed risotto and a beetroot gribeche
